Gymnastics

Baby Bees

Infants: 3 months to 6 months

This is a FREE 6-week session we offer for parent/child moving & bonding.

7 months to Pre-walking

Introduce your child to a new world of excitement! Our Baby Bees program is the perfect setting for fun, intimate parent/child classes. It's full of age-appropriate gym activities focusing on fine motor skills, coordination, balance, socialization, confidence building and more!

Tumble bees

Toddler Bees: Walking to 23 months

Toddler Bees: 2-years-old (w/ parent participation)

3-years-old

4 & 5- years-old

As parents and teachers, we know that there's no better age to form positive learning attitudes than the preschool years. Our Tumble Bees Gymnastics program is a wonderful way to achieve this. MGA will help to develop your child's self-confidence and enhance their physical capabilities based on each age group's developmental growth. These amazing lessons provide a positive experience through physical fitness. It's also a fun and exciting way to help children build self-esteem and self-control. We incorporate a blend of gymnastics (floor, bars, beam, tumble track and trampoline) and the use of small motor equipment, such as hula hoops, jump ropes and balls to develop their skills and coordination.

Girls Recreational

GIRLS SCHOOL AGE

These classes are grouped by grade and are carefully constructed to motivate your child in a fun and progressive environment with the primary emphasis on safety and proper training methods. Our instructors use drills, demonstrations and guided practice on each piece of equipment to help students learn new moves. Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility and coordination. Being able to comprehend and master new skills contributes to the self-esteem and endurance building that our programs are known for! It is also the best activity for developing skills for all other sports.

Varsity class

GIRLS VARSITY CLASS
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

These 2-hour classes have prerequisites to enroll. It's meant for students who are more serious about the sport and would really like the extra time in the gym. Although this is a non-competitive class, it's also great for girls that are planning on competing in the future or with their school gymnastics team. Students will be evaluated on their first day of class to be sure all prerequisites have been met.

Acro & Tumbling

GIRLS
Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced

Preschool Ages 3-4
Kindergarten through HS

Our Intermediate and Advanced groups have prerequisites that must be met in order to enroll. This program focuses only on floor skills also using trampoline and tumble track as teaching aids. It's the perfect program for cheerleaders, dancers or anyone looking to improve their tumbling skills.

USAIGC Competition team

Girls: Evaluation required
Ages 5-18

This team is a year-round commitment. Athletes will prepare to compete in the USAIGC Competitive Program. The IGC Team meets 3 days per week, 2-3 hours per practice. This program is tailored to each gymnasts' individual strengths.

Gym-Ninja

BOYS & GIRLS

Preschool: 3-4 years olds

School Age: 5-8 years old

Join us for this exciting class of obstacle training where children will be learning how to quickly and safely "trick" their way through courses. Throughout the class we will use each event to swing, crawl, climb, roll, flip and jump teaching the kids new skills while building strength and self-confidence.

Gym-N-Learn

BOYS & GIRLS
Preschool: Age 3

ENROLLMENT IS OPEN!

Gym-N-Learn is a fitness-based learning program that includes a 45-minute gymnastics or ninja class each day. Your child will receive a well-rounded educational experience to help prepare them for school mentally, physically and socially.
