POLICIES & PROCEDURES
TUITION
Any student whose tuition is not paid in full before the first class or camp of the month will not be permitted to take that class. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ANNIVERSARY FEE
A registration fee of $35 must be paid annually per single student or $68 per family.
HOW YOUR ENROLLMENT WORKS
Automatic Monthly Re-Enrollment
To make your life easier and ensure that your child keeps their spot in class, every month your credit card will be automatically charged on the 25th for the following month's tuition. All class enrollments will continue through August 31st unless you are notified otherwise. The only time you MUST re-enroll is for the next year of classes (September through August). If at any point throughout the year you need to remove your child from their class/program, please notify someone from our Customer Care Department as to which month will be your last so that we may edit your child's drop date and make sure your card does not get charged moving forward. Please note that enrollments can only stop at the end of a month and not in the middle.
PROPER ATTIRE
TUMBLE BEES CLASSES:
Parent Participation Classes:
Students can wear comfortable, gym appropriate clothing (no dresses, skirts, jeans, etc.) with hair pulled back if longer than shoulder length. Leotards are also a good idea for little girls but not required. No jewelry aside from stud earrings and no shoes. Parents are also required to take off their shoes in the gym area but don't need to wear anything in particular.
3 to 5-year olds:
Girls: A leotard and hair pulled back (pony tail, braid, etc). Shorts or leggings are also permitted with the leotard as long as they have an elastic waist and don't have buttons, buckles, zippers or studs on them. No jewelry, aside from stud earrings that don't hang below the earlobes. No shoes.
Boys: T-shirt or tank top with shorts or pants that have an elastic waist (no buttons, buckles, zippers or studs on them). No jewelry. No shoes.
GIRLS GYMNASTICS CLASSES:
Girls: A leotard and hair pulled back (pony tail, braid, etc). Shorts or leggings are also permitted with the leotard as long as they have an elastic waist and don't have buttons, buckles, zippers or studs on them. No jewelry, aside from stud earrings that don't hang below the earlobes. No shoes.
Boys: T-shirt or tank top with shorts or pants that have an elastic waist (no buttons, buckles, zippers or studs on them). No jewelry. No shoes.
GYM-NINJA:
A T-shirt or tank top, athletic type bottoms with an elastic waist (shorts, sweatpants, leggings, etc.) and no jewelry. Hair tied back if below shoulder length.
ACRO & TUMBLING CLASSES:
Girls: A leotard and hair pulled back (pony tail, braid, etc). Shorts or leggings are also permitted with the leotard as long as they have an elastic waist and don't have buttons, buckles, zippers or studs on them. No jewelry, aside from stud earrings that don't hang below the earlobes. No shoes.
Boys: T-shirt or tank top with shorts or pants that have an elastic waist (no buttons, buckles, zippers or studs on them). No jewelry. No shoes.
IF PROPER ATTIRE IS NOT WORN TO CLASS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PARTICIPATION OF THAT STUDENT.
MAKEUP POLICY
Just like college, your tuition pays for a class spot, REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE. However, as a courtesy, MGA does offers makeups when doing so does not jeopardize the safety or integrity of the class. Hence makeup procedures vary from program to program depending on safety concerns, space, equipment and teaching ratios. Makeups can only be scheduled while your child is currently enrolled. All missed classes that are not made up within 6-months are lost. Makeups must be scheduled in advance with our Customer Care Department. There are no refunds for missed classes.
PICKING UP/ DROPPING OFF
Students MUST be accompanied by an adult in our waiting area before their class begins and must be released to a parent when class ends. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your child.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL
If you are not happy and wish to withdraw your child from their program after their very 1st class, please speak with our Customer Care Department to receive a full refund. After the first class, all withdrawals must be made at the end of a month.
RETURNED CHECKS
A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
PERSONAL ITEMS
MGA is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items that are brought into the facility. We strongly urge you to leave these items at home.
